Innovators/participants are paid after 30 days of investors buying their ides to allow the investor time to analyze the idea and make a final decision.
Investors have 30 days to request a refund if an idea is not what they expected it to be or worth what they paid.
Innovators of the idea(s) pay Exchange Ideas Inc 10% of the proceeds of the sale of an idea.
Exchange Ideas Inc is not liable for the feasibility of the ideas provided by Innovators. Exchange Ideas Inc does NOT promise that the ideas purchased on the site will generate any amount of profit or revenue from implementation of these ideas. The Purchaser or investor assumes full responsibility for the implementation and success or failure of the idea(s).
Exchange Ideas Inc does not guarantee that the ideas posted on the website are unique and exclusive in anyway. Exchange Ideas Inc is not responsible for making sure that the ideas posted are feasible or profitable in anyway.
When an idea is purchased, the Innovator releases all rights to that idea. From then on, the purchaser has all rights to the idea including ownership, distribution and implementation of the idea. The two parties are fully responsible for transferring the rights legally. Exchange Ideas Inc is not responsible for enforcing the transfer of rights. Exchange Ideas Inc is only a medium for Innovators to meet Investors.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on the ideas if the investor is not satisfied. However, if you get a refund for an idea not used, the owner of the idea is liable to sue you if you use the idea afterwards. Exchange Ideas Inc is not responsible for enforcing non compliance in this regard.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
